Description
To create these puffs you'll need a bit patience to make a pattern in the form of mesh. They, by the way, you can decorate a variety of homemade cakes. This recipe comes from the next issue of precast magazine "Cooking with confidence". Reminded me of the taste of the pie from McDonald's.

Cooking
Here's what we need to prepare puffs.
Bed in a pan of sliced pineapples, add the syrup from the jar and heated. Stir the starch into the syrup and add to the pineapple. Cook until the mixture becomes matte. Cool. Separately set aside 2 tbsp.
Roll the dough into a sheet thickness of 6 mm. Now the mould (a Cup) with a small diameter 9приблизительно 7 cm)cut out of half the dough circles. On the surface the remaining half of dough, with a knife make cuts 1 cm long, placing them in rows in a staggered manner. Cut with a mould (which will be in diameter approximately 1 cm larger than the previous circles) circles.
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees. Spread on a baking sheet smaller circles. Now they put 1 tbsp of fruit mass. Moistened the edges with water, top off with mesh circles and a well-pressed. Leave the puffs for 20 minutes. Lubricates the remaining puffs pineapple weight. Bake 20-25 minutes until dough is browned and rises. Brew the tea and... Bon Appetit!!!
