Puff with a cherry
I looked at a bunch of recipes, but my cooking is cherry, I use starch to tech. Very tasty!!!

Ingredients

  • The dough is flaky unleavened

    0.5 kg

  • Cherry

    0.4 kg

  • Sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Potato starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

Thaw cherries, drain excess water, place them in a pan (my frying pan), add cornstarch, sugar and a little boil, to bake cherry flowed.

Roll out the dough to 0.5 cm, cut into squares, put the filling and close a little samipya.

Bake in the oven at a temperature of 180-190 degrees for about 15-20min until Golden brown. 5 minutes before ready to pull out and brush with the beaten egg
