Heart stew with cheese sauce
This is for those who love offal.. I Myself but liver and heart... Not a fan.. )))Heart in a very gentle cheese sauce... Very tasty)))

Ingredients

  • Heart

    3 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Spices

Cooking

Heart flush..to cut the film...cut into pieces..and fry with grated carrot and sliced onion

Add salt...pepper...add spices..a spoonful of flour,...a spoonful of tomato paste...stir..if you want to shift into a deep bowl(a Roaster pan ..or...put a Bay leaf....pour the water..so the meat was covered completely....bring to copeia and leave to simmer on a slow fire under the lid for 40 minutes.

After 40 minutes...put cream cheese...stir...cover..and simmer for another 20 minutes)...the Heart or the meat will go away...of course the cooking time will depend on the type of...Chicken hearts cooked much less time...And liver so cooking is not necessary)))..About the liver is another story))))))))))...if someone is interested ...will show))))))))
