Salad with daikon and celery under the cheese
Very vitamin salad. Cooked very quickly. Perfectly expels the excess fluid from the body and nourishes it with nutrients.

Ingredients

  • Ryazhenka

    2 Tbsp

  • Flax seeds

    1 tsp

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    1 piece

  • Daikon

    2 piece

  • Salt

Cooking

Radish to grate on cucumbers. I took not of import daikon, small. If You have very long root, you will need half of it.

Celery chopped up.

Mix well.

Add flax seed.

Season with fermented baked milk. You can substitute kefir or yogurt.

Salt. I salted with black salt, it is more useful, but it is possible and common. Served to the table!
