Persimmon is not only wonderful desserts, but appetizers, salads. One of them I suggest you try.

Ingredients

  • Persimmon

    2 piece

  • Arugula

  • Honey

    1 tsp

  • Brown sugar

    1 tsp

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Blue cheese

    50 g

  • Cashews

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

First, make the sauce. These products you will need for the sauce.

Mix lemon juice, sugar, honey, cranberry sauce from D'arbo, pepper, salt.

On a plate put the arugula.

Top chopped persimmons.

Sprinkle sauce.

Add crumbled blue cheese and cashew nuts.
