Puff pastry tartlets with chocolate and nectarines
Quick, simple and delicious cakes for the Queen "competition reception"

Ingredients

  • Yeast dough

    500 g

  • Chocolate milk

    150 g

  • Nectarine

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Powdered sugar

-Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface to a thickness of approximately 0.5 mm using a small glass or cookie cutters, cut out dough circles with a diameter of 5-6 cm

Put the circles on the lined baking pan -Melt the chocolate with 2 tablespoons of oil in a water bath, cool down a bit -using a teaspoon of oil test chocolate mugs

-Cut nectarines, remove the bones-Cut into thin slices -Put a few slices on each circle of chocolate -Top-sprinkle with sugar-Bake in heated to 180 degrees oven for 5-7 minutes -the Finished product if desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar
