Mango brulee
Mangoes are a warm fruit! When I eat it, I have lifted the mood. Your attention is invited to the dessert - mangoes soaked in rum, with candy crust. Source - the book "Culinary masterpiece in 30 minutes"

Ingredients

  • Mango

    2 piece

  • Yogurt

    350 g

  • Rum

    3 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Brown sugar

    4 Tbsp

Mango cleanse. I make 4 crosswise cuts across the surface of the fruit with a sharp knife and remove the peel.

Slice the mango cubes, drizzle with rum (I have light) and sprinkle with cinnamon. Leave for 10 minutes to soak.

Mix the mango with the yoghurt (it is important that the yogurt was thick like Greek for example). Place in 4 ramekins.

On top sprinkle with brown sugar.

Put the ramekins in the oven for 5 minutes (no less) until the sugar melts.
