Pancakes with cottage cheese and chicken filling
The holiday table, I always serve stuffed pancakes with various fillings. Today spicy chicken breast in sheets from Maggi and curd grain in cream - tender, tasty, festive. Help yourself.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    0.5 piece

  • Seasoning

    1 pack

  • Cheese

    4 Tbsp

  • Basil

  • Damn

    6 piece

Bake pancakes. Chicken breast lightly beat off. Spread on the sheet from Maggie, to cover the second half. Squeeze hand.

Fry on a dry pan, for 7 minutes on each side over low heat.

The brisket cool slightly, cut into small dice.

Mix the breast with curd grain. Add Basil.

Spread the filling on the pancake, 1.5 tbsp.. Roll roll.

Put into the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Before serving, slice each pancake into 4 or 5 pieces.
