Unique roses made from potatoes and garnished with vegetables can be served as a side dish to any meat, or as a separate dish.

Cooking
The "petals" of the future "rose" in the thickness of 1-1,5 mm slice of raw potato on a special grater for vegetables. The leaves should be thin and translucent. Pour soy sauce.
Take the Central "Bud" and tightly obvolakivaet it one petal. Then take another petal and twirl it in the opposite direction. Then fasten the flower with a piece of toothpick. Then wrap the other petals slightly taking them upstairs to the "rose" very open, "blooming".
While the roses dries, we'll put on a small fire cauldron with vegetable oil and heated to the desired temperature. Omit the rose head down. Fry until Golden brown. Remove it from the cauldron on paper towel to drain excess oil.
Serve beautifully and served with vegetables.
