Pear-chocolate cake
Fragrant, delicate, rich pie! Who like the combination of pear and chocolate, will not remain indifferent and will love this cake as much as I do!!! :)

Ingredients

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Sugar

    175 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Flour

    225 g

  • Pear

    4 piece

  • Leavening agent

    1.5 tsp

  • Apple juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • White chocolate

    125 g

Cooking

Whisk in a large bowl cream butter with sugar in a white fluffy mass. While constantly whisking the butter mixture, in small portions enter the egg.

Separately sift the flour with salt and baking powder. Enter the butter-egg mixture, pour in the juice.

Add broken into small pieces chocolate

And slices of pears. Mix gently.

Put the dough in shape, lined with baking paper, greased. Flatten the surface.

Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 30 minutes Then cover with foil and bake for another 20-25 min. Guided by your oven.

Let cool in the form, then invert on dish and remove paper.

Cut into portions and serve with whipped cream or condensed milk
