Salad of marinated vegetables with bulgur
In the post, of course, increases the consumption of vegetables and cereals. Offer to cook a delicious vegetable salad that was harvested in the fall.

Ingredients

  • Bulgur

    100 g

  • Water

    250 g

  • Assorted vegetable

    250 g

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Lettuce

    50 g

  • Greens

  • Sesame

    1 tsp

Here's a simple set of products we need

Here I show you what vegetables I used. It's cauliflower, carrots, cucumber, garlic, bell pepper.

In a saucepan (or skillet) heat the olive oil, add bulgur, warm up 3-4 minutes, until the bulgur has absorbed the butter, then pour boiling water (carefully!!!) and boil 10 minutes, until cooked bulghur. Then the bulgur to cool.

Vegetables cut into small cubes.

Combine the cooled bulgur and vegetables. Add 2-3 tablespoons of the marinade from vegetables. Mix well. Give the salad to stand for at least 30 minutes.

Served on lettuce, sprinkle with herbs and sesame seeds. I ran the additional oil, but if you want need to add 1 tbsp of sesame (or any other) oil.
