Beet salad with lentils
The salad is prepared in minutes, especially if you prepare some components in advance.

Ingredients

  • Beets

    2 piece

  • Lentils

    0.5 cup

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Nuts

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

First, boil the beets. One beet fill with water, bring to a boil and cook for 40min. Then the water is drained and the beets fill with cold water, so leave it to cool down the beets. ½ Cup lentils "Pardina" pour 1 Cup water, bring to a boil and cook for 25 min.

Both kinds of beets, raw and cooked, peel and grate.

Collect salad. In a bowl mix the grated beets and boiled lentils. Add lemon juice, salt, vegetable oil and nuts. Mix everything. The salad is ready.
