Salad with Savoy cabbage, and persimmon
Salad with Savoy cabbage, persimmon and quail eggs. This salad I came up with myself. I bought Savoy cabbage and decided to make it a salad, because I know that it is very useful.

Ingredients

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Green onions

    4 piece

  • Quail egg

    4 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Persimmon

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Savoy cabbages

    6 piece

  • Mustard

    2 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

With cabbage remove the upper leaves, remove 5-6 leaves for salad and finely chopped. The structure of Savoy cabbage close to Beijing, it even seemed to me more tender.

Finely chop the green onions, julienne apples, bell peppers, and tomatoes. Leave a few slices of peppers and persimmons to decorate and some green onions.

Mix all the vegetables and persimmons.
