Snack to red wine
Try to offer just such an interesting appetizer with a glass of dry red wine. I really liked the combination of roasted zucchini with cottage cheese, Basil, olives, sun-dried tomatoes, shrimp. This appetizer is even served honey-mustard-APEL sinewy sauce. Worth a try!!!

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    3 piece

  • Shrimp

    200 g

  • Cheese curd

    300 g

  • Tomato

    100 g

  • Basil

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Green olives

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Orange

My courgettes/zucchini. Cut into thin slices, salt, pepper to taste and sprinkle with olive oil. Leave for 15 minutes. Then fry in a grill pan on both sides. Spread on a cloth and leave to cool.

Prepare the filling for rolls. Grind Basil. Chop the olives, sun-dried tomatoes. Combine in mixing bowl cottage cheese, add shrimp, tomatoes, olives, Basil, chopped garlic and mix everything thoroughly. The stuffing is ready.

On film spread zucchini lap top and distribute all the stuffing. Collapsible roll. Wrap in foil and put into the fridge for a few hours.

Mix ingredients for sauce. Cut the roll into pieces, decorate with cherry tomatoes, herbs and served with a glass of red. Bon appetit!!!
