Pork with plums
Great meat! Tender, spicy, plum flavor. Good hot with pickled fruit or vegetables, excellent cold platter with plum sauce. Try it, it's delicious!

Ingredients

  • Pork

    1000 g

  • Seasoning

    1 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    125 ml

  • Ketchup

    125 ml

  • Vodka

    2 Tbsp

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Drain

In a small bowl, mix seasoning, ketchup, soy sauce "Kikkoman" and vodka. Tenderloin bathed, dry it, put in a fairly deep form, greased with a brush the surface of the meat marinade, the remaining marinade just pour into the form. Cover the form and put in refrigerator for 2 hours, from time to time, turn over the meat.

Put the pan on the fire, bring to a boil and cook, stirring, 5 to 7 minutes. Remove from heat, let cool to lukewarm and add to the sauce the honey. Stir and taste for salt, dealeven if required. The sauce is ready.
