Eggplant with garlic and mint
Another appetizer recipe eggplant, it turns out juicy and flavorful, with a light Oriental touch in the flavor.

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Mint

    2 sprig

  • Green onions

    2 piece

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 tsp

  • Sesame oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

For this dish I used a steamer Zepter.

Eggplant wash, cut off ends, then cut lengthwise into 4 pieces.

Fold the eggplant in a steamer Zepter.
