Never made a bread. But, thanks to this recipe Ira, again from "gaskala", for which she thanks a lot, got great pleasure from the airy, soft bread.

Cooking
Mix milk with yeast and sugar, cover with a plate and set aside until the cap, for 8 minutes.

Add the yeast, margarine and knead.
Slowly pour about another Cup of flour until a soft, slightly sticky dough.
Put the dough in a greased bowl, cover with cling film and leave in a warm place until increased in volume by half, about 30-60 minutes, depending on how warm your kitchen is.
The dough slightly to flatten and divide into two parts. Each piece, pressing with your hands, form into a small rectangle. Sprinkle with green onions and wrap rolls along the wide edge.
The form of a "brick" of grease and put the two resulting rolls. Top cover with cling film and leave in a warm place until it increases in volume by half.
Grease top with olive oil and cook bread in a preheated oven (200 C) for 40 minutes or until Golden brown. The readiness of the bread is tested by tapping on the bottom crust - a hollow sound means the bread is ready.
