Cooking
To defrost the tuna. Heat the pan. Pour a small amount of olive oil, heat. Put the tuna steaks into the pan and fry over a high heat for 1 minute on each side. Add salt and pour over the juice of half a lemon.
Serve with fresh cucumber, green onion, orange, watering balsamic sauce. Or according to Your taste. Have a nice evening!!!
For children to cover the pan and cook the steaks about 5 minutes on medium heat until it was brown.
