Offer another option of baskets, this time savory. This recipe I dearly love, because it is lightweight, fast and economical :-) the Baskets it turns out a lot, usually I bake only half a serving. Have made their home a festive table, and for colleagues. Always enjoy success and leave the table quickly. Recommend! And again, these baskets can be baked in 2 -3 days before the celebration, they are perfectly stored.
Cooking
Margarine chop with flour, add yolks, sour cream, knead the dough and put it in a cold place for 2-3 hours. Then put the dough in a preheated molds, cover the beans or peas and bake in the oven. It turns out around 60 baskets. When the pastry has cooled, fill them with meat, mushrooms, fish salads, liver pate – anything. Garnish with olives, marinated mushrooms, peas, vegetables - at your discretion. Happy holidays!
