Cooking
All the ingredients for the dough mix and bake the cake in a preheated 180*C oven for about 30 minutes (ready to check with a match). Slightly cooled.
Make the cheese base: flour, egg yolks, yogurt, vanilla, cottage cheese, sweet cottage cheese mass beat well with a mixer. Separately vzbit in a lush foam proteins with a pinch of salt and add sugar, whisk until smooth and fluffy. Add the beaten egg whites into the cottage cheese mass with a spoon and very gently stir.
The cake on both sides very well impregnated with brandy or liqueur, put in a detachable form, covered with paper bottom and fluff with butter bumpers. Spread the cake with half of cottage cheese mixture and sprinkle with 3/4 Cup of candied fruit.
Put the remaining cottage cheese flatten the top with a spoon. Bake in a preheated 150*C oven for 1.5 hours or until the moment when the curd become elastic.
The finished cake needs to cool a little in shape, then it should be removed gently and sprinkle with candied fruit and nuts. Bon appetit!
