Soft cheese pumps
My husband is enough to add to this dish for tea or a yogurt and dinner is ready. Very hearty and incredibly delicious pide. The dough is very easy!!!

Ingredients

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Water

    2 cup

  • Yeast

    45 g

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    6 cup

  • Cheese

  • Cheese

  • Parsley

  • Chicken egg

The dough is very easy! In a bowl where we will mix the dough pour warm milk and water, add the yeast and stir to dissolve. And immediately add the butter, salt and sugar, stir. Now gradually add the flour stirring. Knead the dough until soft as earlobe. Cover with a towel and for 30 minutes in a warm place.

This time I did not have parsley so I made a simple cottage cheese + grated cheese and a little salt.
