Cooking
Prepare the ingredients. Brew a Cup of strong tea - it needs to be hot. The most successful variant is the black currant jam or blueberry - these were delicious!
Take a bowl, put jam, eggs, sugar. Mix well.
Next, add the soda, vegetable oil and slightly cooled welding. Stir again. Soda quenching is not necessary!
Then add the sifted flour. Stir again. For convenience, I stirred after each Cup of flour.
To take shape (very good if it's detachable), grease with vegetable oil and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Then pour the batter into the form and send it in the oven to bake at 180*C for 30-40 minutes.
The finished cake remove from oven, separate the edge of the form (if detachable), and immediately from the form to shift the cake on a dish. Readiness check cake with a toothpick just in the middle!
