Description
Usually borsch is served dumplings, but in one of the small cafés on the coast of the Crimea they served us meat pies. The soup was very tasty, but the patties just captivated me: they were small, with thin walls and lots of meat. Invited to visit, maybe you will like these Babes!

Cooking
Meat boil in salted water with the addition of peppers and Bay leaf. Mince.
Add to the meat 1 tablespoon of sweet soy sauce and a few tablespoons of the broth in which the meat is cooked. Mix well and lightly press. This is to ensure that meat when modeling is not broke.
Margarine cut into small pieces and mix with flour until fine crumbs.
Add the egg, water, salt, sugar and yeast. Knead the dough. Put the dough in a package and send in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Before rolling the dough into pieces the size of a small hen's egg (I got 16 pieces), the surface of the table sprinkle with flour. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and put one dessert spoon of the filling.
To form patties, place on oiled baking sheet, brush with beaten egg and bake in a preheated 200°C oven for 20-25 minutes.
