In Thai "kin Khao" means "to eat rice", I offer you his version of the rice dishes. This summer dish I cook fresh veggies, sometimes add chicken, but more often without it. Today offer an option with chicken but you can substitute any meat, as without it. =))

Cooking
Products for our hot meals.
Coarsely cut onions, carrots three on a coarse grater, pepper strips, zucchini - cube.
In a saucepan with a thick bottom pour vegetable oil and allow it to boil, you can check out, sprayed a few drops of water: if hissing oil, then throw in the onion, give it a little fry.
And add in a few minutes the carrots also give the vegetables fry for a few minutes.
Clean and grate the ginger root, pictured with products not, first, forget, well, remembered I liked the chicken add fresh ginger.
Sauteed onions and carrots add a few minutes of green pepper.

While our dish is cooked, take out the rice and cut the bags. After 10 minutes add the rice on top of chicken and put on low heat for 20-25 minutes as I have a saucepan with a thick bottom and walls, the dish then comes in it itself, but you see, maybe time a little longer will take.=))
