The original and light salad in edible design. Does not require much time, pretty simple to prepare, but is always popular on holidays! For the contest "Gorenje: Christmas song".

Cooking
Prepared seafood boil. Only a short time - otherwise they will lose the tenderness and light taste.
Shrimp boil in slightly salted boiling water with a couple lemon slices for 2-3 minutes. Squid boiled in unsalted boiling water for 4-5 minutes.
Carcass squid cooled, peeled and cut into thin long strips.
Cool shrimp and remove the shells (of course, if you bought crude product). Eggs boil, peel and cut into thin slices. Boil potatoes and grate on a coarse grater. 1 grind the boiled carrot on a small grater.
Vegetables, eggs and seafood put into a large bowl and add red chili pepper to taste. Stir and let it soak up the flavor. Prepare the dressing: Mix sour cream, mustard and olive oil, add salt to taste and desire. Dressed our salad, add as much green peas and start processing. Round or oval loaf of bread neatly cut from the top, take out the pulp ( you can cook great French toast!)
Gently lay in the "box" salad.
On top of the bread apply a dressing or regular mayonnaise, crab sticks (slightly frozen) grind to a fine grater and sprinkle the resulting crumbs chest.
