Cutlets semolina
So I decided on my first recipe on your wonderful site) Such cakes on the website already, but a little different and without a photo. Do not judge strictly ))) to Help, when too lazy to cook. Very tasty, suitable for those who do not eat semolina at all )))

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Semolina

    1 cup

  • A bouillon cube

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

Finely chop the onion, preferably in a deep container, break there eggs, and add half a Cup of semolina. At the same time to put the kettle on the stove

All quickly stir and gradually add the remaining semolina: the consistency should be like thick pancakes, a little thicker. Do not add salt. The glass is for my eggs, for anybody not a secret that they have different sizes )))
