Cooking

step-0
The chicken carcass wash thoroughly, dry. Cut the breast and deploy (like chicken on tobacco).
step-1
Season with salt and pepper on all sides, gently massaging.
step-2
Clean and cut the mushrooms into strips. Chop the onion.
step-3
Fry the mushrooms, add the onion and fry, stirring so onion doesn't burn. Add sour cream, season with a little salt and pepper and saute a couple of minutes.
step-4
Gently separating the skin, shove it under the fried mushrooms. Evenly distribute the stuffing under the skin. Prepare sauce: mix mayonnaise, chili and honey. Potatoes clean and boil in salted water until soft. Protiven grease with a little oil, put the chicken on it, coat the prepared sauce. Around the chicken put the potatoes on each potato put a piece of butter. Put in the preheated oven. Bake until brown (I have a standing dish in the oven for an hour and a half).
