Description
"The scar" - so-called all dishes cooked on the fire. Most often in the Bulgarian menu can be found "mesana scar" - a mix of different meatball-sausage-Sha Shlychkov, cooked on an open fire. One of the components mechani - kufteta. I'll introduce you.

Cooking
Skip the beef and pork through a meat grinder (I have to warn you - store-bought stuffing absolutely not suitable).
Finely chop the onion and parsley.
Add in minced greens, egg, salt, ground black pepper, hot pepper (optional). Stir it carefully.
Leave the stuffing for about 30 minutes to soak in the juice of greens. Then formed small patties. Since fry will be on the grid, it is better to make them flatter, to get a better cooked and not burnt.
Put on the grill and fry on both sides until cooked. (I chose one cutlet to taste cut a small piece and tested - ready meat inside or not). The main thing is not to overdry!
Spread on a plate and serve hot. Bon appetit!
