Pears in a creamy vanilla sauce
With Zepter pots You can easily prepare delicious fruit desserts. Food is cooked it at low temperature in its own juices, preserving nutrients. Enjoy a refined and at the same time, a simple dessert of juicy pear and sweet vanilla cream sauce.

Ingredients

  • Pear

    2 piece

  • Vanilla

    1 pinch

  • Lemon juice

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Cream

    250 ml

  • Honey

    2.5 Tbsp

  • Corn starch

    1 tsp

Cut pears in half, remove the seeds.

Lay out the pear halves in the pan Zepter, sprinkled with lemon juice, cover with lid and put in cold oven, turn on the small fire (my stove on the switch 4 division, so I turn on the unit). Give the direction of the controller to reach the middle of green fields, shut off the stove. In 5-8 minutes the pears are soft. Cooking pears depends on their softness, the softer the pear, the less you need to cook them.

While preparing the pears, I combine in a bowl the cream, vanilla, honey, corn starch. Just whip the ingredients with a mixer, to avoid lumps.

Pour pear sauce, turn on high heat. At the Zepter pots accumulating bottom, so the sauce is rapidly boiling.

Once the sauce comes to a boil, remove the pan from the heat. Pears in a creamy vanilla sauce is ready! Bon appétit!
