Viewed recipes of biscuits, but this was not met, mainly dough recipe flour-butter-ice water, my recipe is different, so I decided to offer it for your judgment. Our family really love this kind of biscuit with different start - and sweet coleslaw. This version of summer - sweet cherries in baking a little bland, so I added apples and frozen cherries and it's very juicy and tasty combined with the crispy and tender basis.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Sour cream

    50 g

  • Salt

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Margarine

    100 g

  • Sugar

  • Cherry

    1 cup

  • Cherry

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Starch

    2 Tbsp

  • Almonds

    2 Tbsp

The dough is fast to do otherwise it will be oak!!! In the sifted flour grate the margarine, add the salt and quickly mash with a fork into crumbs.

Pour the sour cream, vinegar and quickly knead the dough. Slightly flatten, put in foil and put into the freezer while doing the filling.

Peel and cut the apples in small cubes or thin slices, combine with cherries and cherries ( not thawed)

Sift the filling starch, add sugar to taste and stir.

Roll the dough between the films in a circle and place on parchment. The bottom is lightly dusted with starch and put the stuffing, not reaching the edges of 2-3 cm.

Gently wrap the free edge of the filling. Lubricated cream and sprinkle almond petals. The oven warmed up to 190. Bake till Browning of the dough - it took me 35 minutes - be guided by your oven!
