Cooking
Dilute the yeast in 100 gr. warm milk, add 1 tsp sugar, 0.5 tsp salt, sift 2 tbsp flour. All mix and leave for 10 minutes, covered.
Sift the flour with vanilla sugar.
Knead a stiff dough by gradually adding milk.
Whisk to knead the dough, to avoid lumps and vimosewa. slowly pour the remaining milk. Close lid. Put in sink with hot water (45 degrees) for 10 minutes.
Add vegetable oil and kneaded the dough until smooth. Again and again in hot water for warming up the test. In total the dough rasslaivetsa 25-30 min. More - sour, and less dial up gluten (from experience)
After 25 min., from the beginning of mixing the dough, heat the pan and baking.
