Just want to apologize for the photo quality and form for baking, just cooking in the cottage. So... the Flour mixed with the baking powder add the grated SL. oil (or you can chop with a knife with flour). Then add 1 beaten egg 50 grams of sugar and a pinch of salt.
Knead not abrupt dough. Let the dough rest a bit (30 min) in the refrigerator.
Meanwhile, rinse the cherries to remove bone. To fill 50 grams of sugar and 2 tbsp. of starch. Stir and leave.
The remaining eggs and separate whites from yolks. Blend the cottage cheese, 50 g sugar, sour cream and egg yolks. The mass should be homogeneous and smooth. It will be runny, do not worry.
Proteins vzbit in a solid foam.
The curd mass, add whipped whites and mix gently.
Remove dough from the refrigerator and evenly distribute it in the form, leaving the sides 3-4 cm (form I of 30 cm, approximately).
To put the cherry juice to the dough. (I have some cherries in the stuffing). Don't be afraid of that much juice the starch will take away the excess moisture and juice will be similar to jelly.
A cherry on top, pour the curd mass. Put in a preheated 180 C oven and bake until tender. Approximately 30-40 minutes depending on your oven.
