Cooking
Flour mixed with soda.
Separately beat with a mixer 1 egg,4 tbsp sour cream and 100 gr of sugar.
To this mass add the softened butter. And mix thoroughly.
Add half flour, mix well using mixer. Then add the remaining flour and knead the dough. The dough is very soft, does not stick to hands (if I added everything correctly, no more flour to mix not necessary!)After you roll out the dough to a thickness of about 7 mm, cut out circles with a diameter of about 10-12 cm
To make the filling as follows:mix 50 gr of sugar with the protein of one egg until fluffy foam.
Add in the whipped protein cottage cheese,2 tbsp flour and 1 tbsp sour cream, a packet of vanillin. Mix everything together and filling is ready.
Slice put the stuffing, fold in half and seal the edges. Dough brush with remaining egg yolk and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.
You can even sprinkle with powdered sugar! All a pleasant appetite!)
