Cooking

step-0
Take whatever is in the fridge. I had cheese, sausage, how small of tomatoes, eggs and, oddly enough, pita bread and a small bunch of greens.
step-1
All you need to do fairly quickly, that would be the pita bread is not dry. Take the form (I immediately put all in the pan) and in the middle lay a sheet of lavash and gently pressed against the pan (forming a platform for the toppings). Slightly and pour mayonnaise. Mayonnaise can be replaced with ketchup, sour cream, or lightly sprinkle a sheet of lavash with olive oil.
step-2
Cut and lay out the sausage. I specifically don'T cut cubes, as when you bite, they drop out, and unfortunately, leave spots. (And if you give children these snacks, then obviously you will need to start the cleaning) :)
step-3
Cut into small slices tomatoes and spread on top.
step-4
The three cheese on a small grater and soundly asleep the entire surface and, of course, decorate all the greens.
step-5
Break on top the eggs. And you can scramble the eggs, and then pour everything inside. It is a matter of taste and imagination)
step-6
Wrap the contents, hiding the corners that hang down from two sides of the pan, the filling. Try to wrap so that there were no protruding edges, as they can prosohnut. Put on a small fire and fry with 2 sides for about 10 minutes (5-7 minutes per side). Take out the resulting circle/semicircle.
step-7
Cut into pieces and served as a snack or delicious Breakfast. I love it when it's hot and the melted cheese makes the filling soft-soft, and the smell of the herbs sounds delicious! Bon appetit and plenty of bright ideas!
