Mexican dessert
It is an imitation of fried ice cream, which differs from the original method of preparation, and, accordingly, useful properties. First, ice cream is not fried in deep fat. Second, the "breading"is a cereal from TM Mistral that I have caramelicious in brown sugar to give the dessert crunch and a wonderful aroma.

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    3 cup

  • Brown sugar

    0.75 cup

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Ice cream

    900 g

  • Condensed milk

    0.5 can

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Chocolate syrup

  • Raspberry

  • Mint

Cook crispy "breaded". For this mix Oatmeal and brown sugar TM Mistral. As a measuring Cup, I used a multi-glass with a volume of 160 ml.

In a pan melt the butter.

In hot oil pour the mixture of oatmeal and sugar and we will cook over medium heat, stirring constantly. Cereal caramelicious, will acquire a Golden-brown color and a pleasant aroma. I have it took 5 minutes. Remove cereal from heat and leave at room t for it to cool down.

Ice cream I have ice Cream in containers of 450 grams each. Put ice cream in a big dish and leave at room t for 30 minutes or until tender.

To softened ice cream add boiled condensed milk and cinnamon. Condensed milk I pre-cooked for 3 hours, then let cool completely in the water.

Dessert I took a visit to the country, so for convenience as containers used containers from under the ice. And so, prepare the dessert to freeze: at the bottom of the two containers (or one form with a size of approximately 9 x 13 cm) pour a layer of caramelized cereals. Spread on top of ice cream.
