The fish is fried without much hassle and costs, and most importantly - it devours everything.. Try it, hope you will be satisfied!

Ingredients

  • Fish

    1.6 kg

  • Salt

  • Garlic

  • Greens

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

  • Spices

  • Milk

Fish clean, wash, cut into serving pieces, RUB spices for fish (I even poured the milk) and put to marinate for 2-3 hours (can leave overnight - even better will)... Take out, dip them in flour, then dipped in egg, diluted in milk (1/4 Cup per egg), and fry in vegetable oil on both sides over medium heat.

While frying our pieces - we'll do the filling: take a few cloves of garlic (can be more - will go for the gusto), cut it small and put in a small, deep Cup and pour a glass of boiled cold water, add salt to taste... and now our fish is fried until Golden brown

Now each piece gently take a fork and dip in the prepared dressing, and then put on a plate... the Aroma of garlic tickled my nostrils and I want to eat it all right here and now... and garnish with greens. Garnish salad with fresh vegetables, and potatoes...
