Chi Chi Dango Mochi
Suggest You try a traditional Japanese dessert, but in Russian. Preparing is quite simple. The recipe glutinous rice flour mochiko replaced the flour of rice Kuban Mistral. This rice is well-suited for this recipe because during cooking it becomes soft and creamy.

Ingredients

  • Rice flour

    330 g

  • Brown sugar

    220 g

  • Leavening agent

    0.66 tsp

  • Water

    290 ml

  • Extract

    0.66 tsp

  • Coconut milk

    260 ml

  • The food dye

  • Corn starch

Baking dish size 16х23 cm grease with butter, preheat the oven to 180 C. rice Kuban cook the flour (I did it with the help of the grinder).

Mix the rice flour, sugar and baking powder.

In a separate bowl, mix the water, vanilla extract, coconut milk and food coloring (red gel I have enough 1 drops). Connect the liquid and dry ingredients together, mix well until smooth. Pour the mixture into the form, cover with foil and bake for approximately 60 minutes. I have at the end of this time the top was still liquid, I baked another 20 minutes. Leave the mochi to cool in the oven.

Let the mochi cool completely and place on a starch dusted surface. With a knife cut the mochi into squares, roll each in starch. Dessert is not very sweet so you can sprinkle sugar powder.
