Candied orange sugar
Left crusts from oranges? Let's cook a treat that will delight kids and diversify your Lenten table. Orange sugar candied fruit is very pleasant to drink tea! Is a monastic recipe of candied fruits. The site has a similar, but I decided to remind you about this delicacy.

Ingredients

  • Orange

    5 piece

  • Brown sugar

    3 cup

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Lemon

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Put orange peel in 2 liters of cold water and put over high heat, bring to a boil, reduce fire and cook for 10 minutes. Then drain, rinse and again repeat the boiling. To do so 3 times.

Combine brown sugar with water, put on fire and stirring constantly bring to a boil, cook for 5 minutes. It brown sugar "Mistral" will give the candied caramel taste.

Recline candied fruits in a sieve to let excess syrup drip-dried. The remaining syrup can be used in other dishes.

Sprinkling dried fruit on baking paper and sprinkle with sugar. Leave to dry for 3-4 hours. You can put in a cold oven and turn on the fan for 1 hour.
