Cooking
Put milk on fire and bring to a boil. During this time, mix well the egg yolks with the brown sugar.
When the milk began to boil, diminish the heat and add the egg-sugar mixture and, stirring, cook until thick cream, not allowing to boil. Not less than 6 minutes... When the cream thickens, remove from heat and let cool. Thanks to the Demerara sugar, the cream is so soft taste and smell, which to reach the rest of the steps are very difficult, to be honest)
Now prepare berry filling. Ideally, of course, take fresh raspberries... But luckily, there are frozen. Raspberries grind in a blender (I have frozen them milled). Add sugar and boil until thick (about 5 minutes in the pan, in the microwave less).
And while raspberries cools, melt the chocolate. I like in the microwave - about 1-2 minutes, but today it overheated.
Left to collect our ice-cream. I propose 2 options. Option 1: Kremenki. Then the sequence will be like this: bottom layer - chocolate.
The second layer is cream.
The third layer is raspberry.
And the fourth layer is the cream. Such large kremenek I get 2.
Option 2: serve on the dish. Then the sequence will be reversed. In a suitable form (I have silicone) stacked layers: cream, raspberries, cream and the top layer chocolate. At this size form, obtained 4-6 PCs.
Now put in the freezer for 6 hours. Before being removed for 5-10 minutes. To get out of shape, quickly dip it into hot water. Decorate as desired, treat the sweet tooth)
Option for Valentine's Day)
