Description
Reviewed on the website all the cakes with a similar name, but have not found. Don't know which one is really "Raffaello", but this I know under that name. All the uniqueness and originality of this cake is that, despite custard, cakes after impregnation they become not just soft "Prokremlin" dough, and the dough is extremely soft and airy, and the taste of the cream is far from basic.

Cooking
Prepare the batter: Whisk the eggs with the sugar
To egg mixture add curd, soda, salt and 1 Cup. flour. Again all whisk
Add in another 2 stack. flour and stir with a spoon (in the photo, I just haven't had time to clean the mixer)))
Further, according to the recipe is to add about another 1 Cup. flour, but I was enough 0,5 stack. Knead the dough
Divide the dough into eight roughly equal pieces. Each piece is wrapped in a package and put in the fridge for 1 hour
While the dough is in the fridge, prepare the cream. Whisk eggs with sugar, add flour and warm milk. All whisk and stir, bring to a boil
When the cream boils, immediately remove from heat, add the butter and stir until melted. The cream is ready
One ball take the dough from the refrigerator and roll out (thin, but not to such an extent to educate). When baking cakes rise well, and after the absorption of the cream are tighter
Put in a preheated 200 degree oven and bake for no more than 5 min each cake (3 to 5 min, depending on oven)
Cakes to be cut under the usual average the plate is still hot. And immediately grease hot cream (I cut under a big plate and that was my mistake, although the taste is hardly affected)
The finished cake sprinkle with coconut and put to soak in a cool place at night (sorry that the photo is without chips, in my family its not all love)). After impregnation, the cake is extremely soft and very tasty, although the taste of the cream is not felt. Bon appetit!
