Potato and cottage cheese fritters
Mashed potatoes left over from dinner, in the morning can be turned into a hearty and healthy Breakfast, adding several ingredients. Namely, potato-cheese pancakes, which are tender, very tasty and unusual.

Ingredients

  • Mashed potatoes

    250 g

  • Cheese

    250 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flakes cereal

    6 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Sugar

    0.5 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

Cooking

In mashed potatoes add the cheese, sugar, salt.

Then beat the egg (I got two yolks :-)). Mix well.

Cereal put in a blender and grind.

Add to cheese and potato mass of crushed cereal and baking powder. Mix well.

To form from the resulting mass of pancakes (I used a cooking ring) and lay them on a pan greased with olive oil.
