Myself, the recipe was "born" as a result of culinary experiences. Here I got to "fish sticks" (or as they call them there?). Mutila-experimenting - and have achieved amazing results, at least for us! Fish tender inside, crispy outside - and taste spicy!!! Try it and you will not regret! And easy to cook!
