Well, another recipe digression classic cheesecake. Dip "Cheesecake."
Ingredients

Cheese curd
250 g

Lime

Sugar
4 Tbsp

Pepper pink

Cooking
Cheese beat with a blender until smooth. Add the zest of one lime (slightly leave for decoration). Lime juice add to taste. I had the juice of three quarters of one lime.
Pink pepper grind and add with sugar to the cheese mass. Beat again.
Before serving, sprinkle with remaining zest and garnish with grains of pink pepper.
