Juicy and fragrant peach roses combined with delicious mousse semolina, baked to mouth-watering tarte again of the monkey!

Ingredients

  • Semolina

    1 cup

  • Brown sugar

    8 Tbsp

  • Water

    4 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    0.25 cup

  • Flour

    0.25 cup

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Juice

    2 cup

  • Semolina

    3 Tbsp

  • Peach

    6 piece

For dessert cooking used brown sugar, ground into powder, and semolina from the Mistral.

For cooking vegetable tart vegetable oil to RUB your fingers into the rump. Work baby. Cover the bowl with film and leave for an hour. After some time add water, pour in parts, mix thoroughly-grind the dough (quantity of water given roughly, depends on the grinding of semolina), beat in the flour mixed with baking powder. Knead the dough as if gathering it into a ball. It will be soft. At this stage add the sugar, stir the mixture. Again cover the dough with foil, give it a rest hour.

While the dough is resting - cook mousse-cream. Syrup (I took from canned peaches) diluted to taste with water, boil and pour a thin stream with constant stirring semolina. Watch, to avoid lumps! Cook for 15-20 minutes, taste for flavor, add vanilla sugar and what is missing! Then put the saucepan in ice water and cool, whisking constantly. The mousse will begin to thicken right before your eyes.

The semolina dough was well matured, sprinkle with a silicone Mat with flour, it did put the dough. Knead into the reservoir (try the extra flour to add), roll size by a few cm more shape. I have a baking dish with a diameter of 24 cm to Grease the pan with vegetable oil, sprinkle with semolina. Transfer the dough on the Mat and shift in form. Pour the mousse semolina. Canned peaches cut into thin slices, form them into roses, put in mousse. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 180 C.
