Air apples in batter
Was looking for a recipe on the website to make the apples in the batter. I consulted with my mom. Mom got our big old (1970 edition) of the book "About tasty and healthy food". In the end, now I want to share with you this mouth-watering dessert! The apples just melt in your mouth! "Food of the gods!" - happy sigh mom =)

Ingredients

  • Apple

    500 g

  • Butter

    5 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    0.25 cup

  • Flour

    0.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Milk

    0.333 cup

  • Powdered sugar

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

First, take the apples, wash, peeled, remove the core and seeds, cut into rings with a thickness of 0.5 cm Sprinkle with sugar and leave for 20-30 minutes (just the time that we are going to prepare the batter).

In the container melt the butter and add to the 4 egg yolks (previously separated the yolks from the whites). Stir.

Then add 1 tablespoon of cold milk, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1/2 teaspoon salt and flour. Stir.

Add the remaining milk and stir again.
