Dear cooks! I congratulate all of you with Apple spas! I want to share with you an unusual recipe for Apple fritters, which are cooked on oatmeal (or ground oatmeal flakes) without adding sugar and eggs. Came out very tasty, with citrus notes and prepared quickly and easily!

Cooking
Apples peel and grate on a coarse grater, mix with lemon juice.
Add lemon zest, mix well. Let stand for 5 minutes.
From the resulting mass to form small fritters, I did two tablespoons, but you can just wet hands. The dough was very pliable, pancakes sculpt a pleasure! Of this number, I got 9 pieces.
Fry the pancakes on both sides in vegetable oil in a frying pan with non-stick coating.
When serving the pancakes, you can pour honey or sprinkle with powdered sugar. But since the apples contain fruit sugar, the muffins turned out very sweet even for a sweet tooth, like me (although the apples were sweet and sour)!
