Roll from the liver with prunes and walnuts
Earlier I cooked meatloaf from the liver, but with a different combination. If the previous was more spicy. it is more gentle. Sweet plums, crunchy walnuts and tender liver-also became an excellent combination! Bon appetit

Ingredients

  • Liver Turkey

    220 g

  • Milk

    130 g

  • Prunes

    50 g

  • Walnuts

    25 g

  • Butter

    70 g

  • Olive oil

  • Salt

For a few hours to soak the liver in milk. I usually leave it for 2-3 hours. Liver cut into small pieces, fry until soft. Add the prunes, stir, cover the pan and leave until cooked liver. At this stage you can salt.

Walnuts lightly knead by hand, that would have been not very large, but not small pieces. Ready liver put in a deep bowl, add the butter, cut into cubes, and beat with a blender until smooth.

Pate to spread on plastic film evenly. Sprinkle with walnuts and roll into a roulade
