This snack prepared by my mother. They called it "Gajic". Wrong, of course, but this name in the family caught on. We often prepare it.
Cooking
You need: 1. Cheese. 2. Fetaki. 3. Butter. 4. Garlic. 5. Dill. 6. Cilantro. Take 2 pieces of cheese, one part or Fetaki cheese, one part butter. Finely chop lots of coriander and fennel. Skip through the masher garlic. Each determines the amount. I love a lot of that was serious. Carefully knead the mixture. Put in the refrigerator. Once cooled, ready to eat. BON APPETIT.
