Caviar squash "On hlebushek"=) that's What I like to eat. The main ingredients are zucchini, carrots and onions, and the additional matter of taste of every housewife, as well as their quantity. This took the recipe from mom. Like it is on the website, but still different.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    500 g

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    5 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Salt

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

Tomatoes cut into 4 pieces, folded into a saucepan and put on medium heat. Tomatoes suppress with a spoon to leaked juice. (When will become soft remove and RUB through a sieve. You can take a ready-made homemade tomato juice. The number of tomatoes can be more or less)

Cut onion finely and fry in a separate pan. Carrots to grate on a coarse grater and send to the onions when that becomes clear, then it's all to the zucchini and pepper let stew until tender. Do not forget to stir and taste (to understand what is missing..).

When everything is cooked add the tomato juice. (Add enough so that the eggs were sour in taste). And salt to taste. Now simmer once the liquid has evaporated.
