Description
Everyone knows that porridge is one of the most healthful foods. But we mainly use rice or buckwheat, while undeservedly forgotten are still many other useful cereals, e.g., wheat. Wheat contains many beneficial nutrients: vitamins B1, B2, B6, PP, a variety of minerals, supplements and protein products, reduce the level of cholesterol in the blood, easily digested. This wonderful cereal was filled with my magic pot :)

Cooking
All the components of writing based on one pot. Let's start with the cereal :) I took rump in the packages is easier and faster. Weigh the rump to take the rate of 1 Cup grits to 2 cups water.
Tightly and for the first 3-5 min, until the water comes to a boil, cook over high heat, then salt, then at the middle and at the end of cooking — to cook over low heat until the water boils away. On a photo ready-made porridge.
Mushrooms cut into slices, onion cubes, carrots grate on a coarse grater. Fry until cooked in vegetable oil, a little salt.
Pots do not like changes in temperature and it is better to put in a cold oven, but I remembered about it when the oven gets hot, plus, all the ingredients were ready, so I lifted her, put his empty pot, heated them, and then start to fill. Ready porridge to put it into the pot. The pot should be filled with porridge a little more than half, I overdid it :-[
On top lay the fried vegetables, add 0.5 cups of cream.
Sprinkle with grated cheese. Those who do not like cheese, this step can be skipped of course, but I, as a fan of melted cheese, was pleasantly surprised at how good it is combined with wheat porridge.
Outdoor pot put in a preheated 200 degree oven for 10-15 minutes to porridge enriched with cream, and the cheese browned.
Of course it would be prettier to serve the finished dish in the pot, sprinkle with herbs, but I understood it, when the contents of pot is already wearing on the plate *PARDON*.
